I liked the functional-style building and my brand-new room. Hotel was overall clean. Diverse, decent stuff and clean swimming pool. I found nice Tacos Break restaurant easy walk to the property. I had the brunch there.

I liked staying here, as well as hotel's food and comfort. The rooms with the ac. Location just next door to the parks, Playa del Carmen from Cancun and the highway. Again, Xaman ha Aviary was not far.

Staff were terrific and we loved our being there. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Playacar Fase II district. They made our stay excellent. Lots of amazing items for continental breakfast. We had access to free parking, nice pool❤

The location was practical ; the staff was absolutely perfect ; the room was budget. Spicy and spicy meals. Walking distance to the nice beach. Also, hotel was 1 mile away from Los Fundadores Park. The outdoor bar in the venue had lots of good smoothies and tea throughout the day.
